"I have to start by saying the guys in the service department were very nice and helped me. And I thank them.
My experience with John in parts however was different. The first time I called to order a new tire and wheel he was extremely put off. Like I was bothering him. He looked up the items and told me what the cost was according to each item. One of which was a valve stem. Since he was talking in such a low monotone I asked him to repeat the cost for that item because I didn’t hear him. He then proceeded to explain to me what a valve stem was in a very “you’re an idiot” manner.
When my items arrived I had to call him twice to make sure they were there even though he was supposed to call me. I asked him if I needed an appointment to have it put on my truck and he assured me I did not and as long as I showed up early it would not be a problem. I drive down from Silverton, John tells me to go tell the service guys I need this tire put on and they are dumbfounded. They work to squeeze me in. Back at the parts counter, the gentleman from service asked John who told me they could put my tire on and he completely did not take any responsibility saying, “I just ordered the parts.” Making it seem as if I just showed up out of the blue expecting this and knowing I had specifically asked him if making an appointment would be necessary so we could have avoided this issue in the first place. John needs some customer service training and to learn to take responsibility for what he is telling customers. He created a very uncomfortable situation for everyone involved. But again thank you to the service department for helping me and working me in in a timely manner."
