"Dale's Recycling is the best place in Jackson to sell your scrap metal at a fair price. Good business is all about 'trust'. The good people of Dale's are genuine, trustworthy and always helpful. They make you feel appreciated for bringing them your business. Most importantly, they always stand behind their word...they do exactly what they say they'll do. That is priceless."

"Had my old work vehicle scrapped here. Information plate on the van said it was 5300 lbs but dales said it was 4080 lbs and then short changed the payout by a little over $20. They are crooks and I will not be returning. I advise everyone to go anywhere else."

"Standing in the sun outside the office window for check-in of my scrap shelving, I wasn't sure if the clerk even knew I was there. After about five minutes I tapped on the glass and waved, and when she looked away from her web browsing, she gave me an exasperated wave and went back to ignoring me. I took my load across town to a competitor, who not only paid me 20% more per pound, but weighed my load as about 30% heavier than Dale's. I won't be back here."
