"I would like to give a shout out to Michele @ xt322.Michele went above and beyond to rectify a bad situation. I was sent to a pick and pull yard by one of Michele's co-workers. To make a long story short I drove 30 miles to find out he didn't follow through on the price quote. When i called Cousineau back to find out what was going on Michele answered and handled everything professionally. I will definitely buy from Cousineau again. "
