"Proceed with caution when shipping. Ran into some foot dragging when claiming a refund from City Limits, of express shipping charges after their shipper delivered the shipment late. Otherwise very good experience. Staff very good. The used part was very good. "Boss" Matt should have a longer fuse, and should read a book on basic principles of law. Hint: Legally you can't retain express shipping charges where your shipper (FOB destination) fails to fulfill the contracted arrival time. A prompt refund of the shipping charges, which were refunded anyway, would have made this transaction a home run."

"Awesome place for finding cheap parts. The guy there is very friendly and knowledgeable and got a pretty big kick out of my being a YouTube certified mechanic joke that I made. Overall if u need used parts, I would recommend going there. Check it out!
