"Never ever made a complaint in my life but I am extremely disappointed & my experience with this company was not good. Called in for a part for a car that they have, lady rushed me off the phone being completely rude and did not even give a chance to know what car part I was talking about. They have the car there and she did not even look up the car part with me presenting my own car part to them. Front desk was Non-Chalant and Not knowledgeable about cars what so ever. Again came in with current parts in hand, the same rude lady communicated with the other “This is the guy that called in about that car”, indicating she didn’t want to help me out really. Would not recommend them. If I could I would love to speak with a manager! You don’t treat people like that????"
