They answered the first time I called, qoated me more than the other places I had talked to and were out to pick up the car with in an hour and paid cash the same amount they quoted me with no hassle or questions. Paid me and said the tow truck would be by shortly but 3 hours later nobody had showed so I called back and they apologized and had someone here within 10 minutes to pick it up. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend them."

"We had a time scheduled for them to come get our old van, and we had made arrangements to get all the other vehicles out of the way. The time came and went. We called them and they said they'd contact the driver. Four more calls later and still no word. Now it's six and a half hours later with no word. Not impressed! Were we fooled by the nice reviews or they just changed their minds?"

"i had a really unfortunate experience here. there was not a ton of transparency in my quote and i learned this company has a very obtuse definition of the term “ball park”. in addition to not getting the full rate they claimed, they also took close to two hours to tow the car after i had sold the vehicle. i’d use caution using this company and make sure to ask as many clarifying questions as possible, as they won’t be upfront with you unless you ask. very sleazy. the person who came to tow my vehicle was BEYOND unprofessional. i’d recommend finding a company with some integrity and honesty to handle selling your car. they’re only interested in making more money from new car parts. incredibly sketchy."
