"This place will lie to you about there prices depending on who is working. I was told tires are 30 with tax then they charged me 70 dollars for 2 used tires with low tread and nails in one of them then they tell me they will take 5 off for the nail so 65 for 2 tires which is still more then the original price they told me. Told them I was told a different price and they completely ignored it said prices change with a rude uncaring attitude. On top of that the people in the shop were using very profane language and complaining that he had to change my tires and cursing like a sailor. Very unprofessional and more importantly very uncaring attitude I will never come back here again. Why would I pay for someone to lie to me and act like I'm an inconvenience in there store. Also the people told me I could go back and get tire put on then they came out as I was heading to front to pay acting like I was going to steal the tires even though I'm a regular customer wow never again"

"I've had the pleasure of doing business with this company several times. Unfortunately, because of the type of business, it's not usually for good reasons.. however, they're extremely helpful, warm and caring. Very knowledgeable, most calls are a one call resolution. In the rare exception they're not, I've never waited more than an hour or so for both return call and resolution. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for both somewhere to send non fixable vehicles and looking for car parts at a fraction of the cost of new. I've never had a single problem with anything I've purchased. An additional plus, if you're unable to get junk vehicles to them, they will arrange to pick up from you, with payment in hand. You simply can't find better."

"I've contacted this salvage yard 3 different times, for 3 different parts, they put me on hold each time (which I understand) and then they take my number and say they will call me back once they locate the part, they have never returned the call. I've called them back several times. "
