Place doesn't answer their phone, and doesn't respond to requests for tracking information on a part I paid for and ordered two weeks ago. Because of this, I have an upset customer with a vehicle waiting for parts still. I have no idea where the part is currently in transit or when I will (hopefully) receive it. Honestly, I'm just frustrated and let down, because now this will hurt my business.
As of now, sitting at 1 star. Will update if that changes.
Update:
Finally received the part. It's a little troubling that I had a hard time getting in touch with the business, but overall they did come through to get me the part I needed.
