"Poorly run business. Arrived at 1pm and was let in at 2:50 despite only a dozen cars in line. I thought I would learn why it was taking nearly 10 minutes per car. A guy walked in the side door and put his box on the scale. The employees actually checked him out first! I had 140lbs of aluminum camper siding in sheets and my total transaction time was just a few minutes. As far as I can tell employees have no incentives to be more efficient and no oversight to make up for the lack of those incentives. I won't go back meaning I'll throw future scrap in the garbage and less business for them."

"Long wait then they just shut the door off and didn't even tell anyone in the extremely long line that they're closed. Wow can't even finish helping the people waiting in the line. We waited for 2hrs for them to do 7 cars in front of us. But since we only had a battery and cat converter we got to go to the office so that was a big plus! And while waiting has a huge storm start to go through which picked up the dust and threw it in the windows ugh"

"I drove a half hour to Behr on Spurck/Adams to find myself in a line 9 cars waiting to pull up to the scales. 20 minutes later, i was still 9th position. Its hard to imagine what could take this long for one car. They consistently run at such a slow pace too.
No wonder they pay such pathetic prices. The market is down, but behr pays less than just about anywhere in the country. The 4 guys at the scales only put 3 cars thru an hour??? I left. Not worth the time.
Not good."
