"Aug, '23 - a buddy & I were on a trip thru Santa Rosa, about 600 miles from home & on a tight schedule. At our motel on a Thursday eve we realized that the cords / steel belts of his rear tire were showing - the tire could not go any further - we were stranded. We called the only shop open - the local chain motorcycle store & got the runaround how it's "store policy to keep a tire mount job at least a day". A search turned up B&B who looked to have a good rep for helping traveling bikers on short notice. It turned out that could not have been more accurate. On the ride over the next a.m., following behind, the tire looked soft, and when we arrived it was showing 14psi. It was bald and leaking - totally "dun". We were there at 9:00a.m. open (another +), and as Brady walked out he asked "what have we got here?", to which I replied "we have a sick tire - it's got 14 psi"! He replied "yup, that's done" and immediately swung in to action. He began rolling bikes out while talking to us. He let us know that he did not have any 17 inch tires, but since there were 2 of us, I could ride over to a store 2 miles away, pick one up and bring it back. He even called them for us. As I suited up to make the run, he told us "I'll get you in and right out of here". He was not kidding.
I got over to the corporate "factory" multi line store, and could see the service shop with all the uniformed workers servicing bikes on lifts. The place was fancy & a nice atmosphere. But as I stood there I thought "these guys would *never* get us in and out of here on this schedule - it's by appt only”. We would have had to at least stay the w/e for them to do the work Monday (maybe). We both had to make the 600 miles home by Monday... With tire purchased & strapped to my top case rack, by the time I returned Brady had the bike up on the service lift, wheel removed and the old tire laying outside on the ground. I had been gone about 20 minutes.
I handed it to my buddy, & by the time I was out of my gear walking in to the shop he already had the tire mounted on the wheel airing it up. Once complete he then put it on the balancer. He quoted us the tire pressures front and rear (which were correct) as well as the torque for the rear wheel (also correct). Bike reassembled, he went over it carefully, pointing out a leaking fork seal (which my buddy had not noticed), checked all the fluids & lubed the chain. He rolled the bike off the lift and outside at about 10 minutes to 10. We hadn't even been there an hour.
I can't tell you how much this man saved our trip & how grateful I am. He was can-do from the get go and from watching him I could tell he knows his craft & is good at it. He told us his goal was to get us out by 10:00 and he did - we rode out just a few mins after 10:00. The service charge was beyond reasonable - in fact, I don't think it was enough.
What an experience. He is just such a great guy - didn't care what we rode, we were brother bikers in trouble and he was going to take care of us. A very cool and personable guy - fun to talk to. What's amazing about our time there was that this is something you just *do not* see any more - people who take pride in their work & are good at it, keep their word, go the extra mile to take care of you & afterward present you with a fair bill. I was so happy I tipped him, and it wasn't even my bike.
If I lived in Santa Rosa, *this* is the shop I would take my bike to, not the big fancy places that want to jab you at checkout & where you cannot talk to the mechanic. At B&B you are valued and talking to the man in charge who will also be doing the work. Shops like this are a rare thing these days. And if you are traveling, definitely stop in or call them before anyone else, they will do what they can to get you back on the road.
When looking for this shop, it is in a semi-residential area, but just go to the address, you'll see the sign.
Two thumbs up to this business and wishes for continued success!
    Many thanks!"

"had an excellent experience, they took me in right away fixed my tire on my Yamaha Warrior, fixed some electrical on my Ducati made it ready to sell ( sold it the next day for what I bought it for) I worked at a motorcycle dealership for 6 years. and the service and friendliness was incomparable. to say I would recommend them is an understatement."

"CG's review pretty much says it all, but I was the guy with the worn out tire. Luckily I found this shop and was able to stop by first thing in the morning. Brady went out of his way to accomodate me and get me back on the road. Thanks again for the exceptional service!! I made it back home to Washington and was able to enjoy the rest of the trip north."
