"Chris Gregory and Hunter Cauthen have been the most amazing manager/employee that I’ve ever came in contact at any AutoZone or any other auto parts store in Augusta county Chris was amazing he went above and beyond his duties to help fix our broken down vehicle in the parking lot at the store I hope great things to him from your corporation"

"My soon to be wife had a situation with her SUV appom 1 1/2 year ago and they solved the problem. Well, a week ago, the same problem happened again and because of the time and urgently to have her vehicle running, I turned to a buddy for the part to get her rolling. I walked into the store today to question the warranty on that part, the manager informed the counter person, the part failed, refund the cost of the part. My comment was, that's not right, it should be prorated. I still think, it wasn't right for what the manager did. My hat off to him, his staff and going far to much in standing behind the product in this case."

"They had the oil filter I needed for my lawnmower but not the air filter. I was happy to get the oil filter and I know the air filter will be hard to find. I'll need to go to James River John Deer for that and hope they have it."
