"I needed a battery for my car, wipers, and filters. The manager looked at on the inside of my vehicle and pointed out one of the filers that get overlooked in an oil change store.
He not only looked every item up for me, pulled off the shelf, but offered to install all of it. Wow ! I am all thumbs with knowing how to install all of this.
I REALLY appreciate the supreme service I received today. I will be back if I need help getting vehicle parts!"

"Honestly if I could give half a star I would. I went to purchase brake pads for my vehicle and was given the wrong part by the a.m manager. So I called the store after already pulling the old parts off just to find out they are the wrong part. So I have to put the old parts back on and drive back to the store. So when I arrived the gentle men told me because of the inconvenience they were going to override the upgrade and give me an additional discount which would have given me some of the money back on the part for the inconvenience So then the p.m. manager gets involved and says no i just adjusted the price on the part because we don't have the ones you needed. So I'm not doing both. And proceeds to tell me that quote " He doesn't bend over backwards and get screwed" Wow! What professionalism from a manager. But this is not the first time this particular store has had rude employees. Apparently to get good customer service you must go elsewhere."
