"Fui a comprar una luz para mi carro y el joven muy amablemente se ofreció a cambiarlo, excelente servicio."

"I ordered brake pads and rotors online. They delivered to the wrong address and put it on me to correct. I spent hours on the phone. When i finally found the parts and went to install the first rotor the set screws didn't line up. I bought the gold version. Very shoddy manufacturing. And the customer service department is extremely disappointing. When i went to return the parts the guy wasn't able to because apparently they always have a hard time returning online orders. So i had to call once again to get some different numbers and go back to return again. I went with Rock Auto because they are always great."

"Great store and friendly people, but a little hard to find. When you see the sign, and it may be turned off, turn RIGHT there in the unmarked driveway. It's in the back."
