"I have had EXCELLENT interactions (multiple) with Andy and some of the technicians. I have never met anyone else at the front of the shop.
They have worked on my truck multiple times and diagnosed multiple issues on multiple cars for me. Andy has made me happy to give my business to Auto Experts.
The one issue that I have is the quality of parts used by the shop. I had a distributor put on my truck and it started having issues recently (roughly 7 months later). My family’s longtime trusted shop (in Eastern Oregon) looked over the truck and noted that this distributor was a subpar quality part.
Other than potentially low quality parts, I have been happy to be a customer here and plan to continue visiting them. But hopefully not too often, haha!"
