South Medford Auto Body Google Review
"I drove down from Massachusetts, called them at 10AM asking them for a bumper, grille, and hood, they said they would do the best they could. I arrived at 4:45, 15mins before they closed, Jesse helped me get my parts in the truck and secure them with rope, he was extremely professional and helpful. I wish I could use them more often, highly recommend!"

"Went here today for a tire, mount an balance. I'm not going to lie the front desk service was a bit rude, it was a misunderstanding.
But Jesse the guy who did the work an sold me the tire was very nice. He even answered my hundred questions ???? great prices for used tires, and fast work! Thank you Jesse! We will be back. ????"

"Just a couple days before Christmas, we had made an agreement that a part (rear differential(if spelled correctly)) was supposed to be delivered to my auto repair shop. I proposed to pay ahead to secure the part. But was advised by them not to. When they told me that it was ready to pay, I wanted to confirm the delivery. They said no. Not only did they backed out on the delivery, but the salesman was pressuring me to buy because it was a part that was rare and high demand and they were the only game in town. And I had to pick it up the next day because they were closed for New Years. I told them that I would never give in to that type of sales and attitude. Went to New York, an hour longer, and $200 cheaper to include the gas and tolls. Installed on Christmas Eve. Worst experience with auto salvage yard ever."
