"Fantastic, helpful staff both indoors and out. Entire procedure from weigh-in, unloading, weigh-out and payment was efficient and quick. Payment was fair considering it was for stuff I would have thrown in the garbage. The process can be a bit noisy and intimidating for first-timers, but the staff was helpful walking me through it :) I will do business with them again!"

"They could have informed people, verbally when they were getting weighed or paid, by a note posted on the main entrance gate, or they could have posted on their website about being closed Saturday May 27 for Memorial Day. It's one of the only couple of scrap yards that take steel, I am not sure how the pay for steel compares to the other scrap yard that buys steel. They do not pay out as high as other scrap yards for metals such as aluminum, copper, brass, and clean wire. They pay about the same as other scrap yards for aluminum cans. The staff seem more geared toward straight forward business rather than geared toward personable service. The scales manager doesn't say hello first or have a good day afterward."

"Hours are incorrect on their website and everywhere online. I arrived on a Saturday at 4:30pm after spending multiple hours collecting washers & dryers that I needed to scrap just to arrive and see the gates closed and nobody there. I tried to call & the phone rang and then hung up on me. Thanks for wasting my time!! On saturdays they’re supposed to be open until 11pm and that’s definitely not accurate."
