"Came here for a simple battery swap and I was there nearly 2 hours. The main manager today, a lovely woman, was trying to hold the whole place together.
Unfortunately, the people working under her were inexperienced, untrained, and some rude.
I ended up just canceling the whole thing, as one of the employees accidentally dropped a part that held the battery in place into my car engine compartment, and could not get it back out or secure the battery. in fact, he couldn’t even tighten down the terminals on the battery to keep them in place. I understand he was young and inexperienced, and I tried to help him as much as I could, but there was clearly a lack of training.
I’m just upset that I wasted so much of my Saturday there getting nothing accomplished.
And to top it off. An older guy working there with a bald head tried to tell me that it was my fault for wanting to get the battery installed by them. buddy, my car wouldn’t start and you literally advertise a free battery installation with purchase on your front window."
