"I have to say that I was not happy with the experience I received at this scrapyard. I would never leave a negative review unless I felt it was justified. The reason it is a two star review is because one of the managers came out and explained their policy to me which I think is completely wrong. I completely understand that the spreads on scrapping wire for them are very tight. However, my money is my money, and their money is their money. I took in quite a bit of copper wire, which takes a couple days to process, and I am fine with that. I also scrapped a considerable amount of aluminum wire. I was given $15.72 for the aluminum. I’m not going to go back-and-forth about how much the aluminum wire is worth. The person processing it told me you will get $15.72 back for the wire. I agreed and went to the ATM machine to take out the $15.72. The ATM machine gave me $15 and I was wondering where my $.72 is. I do not care about the $.72 to be quite frank but that is not their money. After I had already went to the ATM machine, they said that it states on the receipt that they do not give out change. That is fine as long as you tell your processor to tell the customer that that will be the case. A manager came out to explain to me that he would not be giving me change so I asked for my material back. He stated that they had already begun processing the material and would not be willing to give me the wire back.
If you know me, you know that I am not cheap. I do not care about the $.72. I do not think it is right for any company to take what is not theirs. This company does this all day long on every job. I wish them the best of luck with their business, but I will not be taking my business here again."

"I don’t know what I would do without these guys. I am so glad that I picked this up as a side gig and also to help me get paid for cleaning! Everytime I come here it’s fast and the layout is great! The workers here are very nice and helpful to there. It’s a very fair place to get paid if you do what they say. Experience is a plus in this line of work. Everybody wins here! Tysm guys and gals! ;)"

"The worst place ever. From the second I pulled in the gate I could tell there was going to be an issue. Got totally ripped off most importantly- and when I questioned it- I was made to feel like an idiot.. well- he tried at least. It’s because I’m a female- this place is completely awful- Rude as ever, and mostly liars. They took the valuable stuff I had and set it aside- they stole- right from their own company- I wasn’t sure if the protocol so again when he told me what I had to do- it was condescending as if he was better… but because I already felt so uncomfortable I just left without getting any of the money they didn’t scam me out of. People are the worst. At least now I know never to come back- but you shouldn’t either."
