"Absolute horrible experience. Responded to an ad on a car being parted out. Called in. Requested them to check to see if they had the part in stock. They confirmed over the phone. I drove 1.5 hours to their location, from Bakersfield. Then waited 2 hrs in their dirty lobby. Just to be told they don’t have the part they confirmed they already had this morning. Very bad experience. 0/5 stars!"

"Horrible, I went there to get an oil pan and it was over priced and bent. Therefore, my car had the same issue and I went to Simi Valley Dealership and got the oil pan brand new and way cheaper than what they charged me. Unbelievable I paid more $$$$$ for a used oil pan than getting it from the dealership."

"I needed a hard to find rear differential. I called, they said they had one. I walked the yard. They had one I liked. I paid for it. The next day, they pulled it out and loaded it in my pickup with a forklift. They were exactly $400 cheaper than the competition for the same part. Good experience"
