"I purchased a Transmission here but they sold me the wrong year. I specifically asked if it was the year I wanted and they said yes.
I returned it but they are making me wait.
I have been standing here for 5 hours so far, for my money, and they say to come tomorrow.
I just want my money back.
I have been so calm and patient with them. Speaking professionally and respectfully with them.
I waited for several hours for them to check to see if they would bring another one but I'm just trying to get my money back.
They say their Boss is on Vacation and that he's not returning their message. That shouldn't matter!"

"NEVER GET SCAMMED WITH THEIR EXTRA TEMPTING PRICES. ITS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
Buying part from vaquero was the biggest mistake of my life. Paying them for the Auto parts means jumping over sharp needles knowingly. your phone will be answered at 1 ring while you gonna make the payment. They will always give you a defective part. & will give you millions of false commitments & lies but will never actually refund the customer.
If anybody thinking of buying any part from these scumbags. Only possibility of getting your money back is chargeback with the help of your bank. they will never replace the part or return the money.
I wish I could rate them negative. I will never recommend this shop even to my enemies."
