"Called early this morning to get a tail light for an 06 civic, they told me they don't pull parts before the customer is there to purchase, okay that's fine. So I go in to purchase the light, the guy tells me that he cannot pull parts because it was raining and "everyone was gone". the employee behind him said he didn't mind pulling the part, they go together to pull the part. 30 minutes goes by, I ask the lady if she could see how much longer it would take and she came back asking me if I wanted to come pick up the part tomorrow. I will not be returning."
