"This should be a 5 star review, but it isn't and I will explain why.
I have 4 cars, had 2 and inherited 2 more, so I spend a lot of money on them.
I brought my truck here twice before and they were wonderful so I decided to bring my car. The staff had always been nice and they did quality work, and I work next door so it was very easy and convenient.
I dropped my car off as I previously arranged before work around 9:50am to get new tires. I told him that my car auto locks so don't leave the key in this one because it was the only one I had.
I stopped over at lunch to pay (close to $700) because I was booked solid the rest of the day till 7pm. (Massage therapist)
I asked them to call me or bring my key when it was done as I couldn't leave when with a client but my daughter was my receptionist and was just inside the door.
At 5:08pm I realized I hadn't heard from them and I had to excuse myself from the treatment room and asked my daughter if she had the key. She said no and quickly ran next door but it was closed.
I finished work at 7pm and went to see if he left it open for me and it was locked. He left me stranded as I do not have anyone that could come get me.
The next day I went in to get my key quite upset. He said well I am sorry but your voice mail was full so I couldn't leave a message. Really? I literally work 40 feet away which he knew, and you couldn't be bothered to bring me the damn key? I had already paid, all I needed was my key!
After spending close if not over $2000 there in the past few months this is the customer service I got? I don't care how good or convenient they are, I won't be back!
They are good at fixing cars but they suck at customer service. I am very disappointed because they were good and so easy to use.
How you treat people when you are busy and it doesn't really matter if you get a bad review, shows the measure of a person or business. Too many people and businesses only treat people/customers well when they are hungry for their business. People don't go out of their way for others anymore.
