"This was at pickup and trying to explain to manager this motor has to be dropped but because it wasn’t apart of the warranty they didn’t want to do anything about it, not to mention this was the 2nd motor we going back and forward about because the 1st was done the same way but worse. Nobody want some that has visible damage at pickup"

"Called for a part. Person was nice on the phone. They said they had one in stock. Asked if they could hold it as it’d be a haul to get there. They said sorry it’s first come first serve. Waited in line for 30 minutes, no problem, they're busy. It’s my turn, told the person what I was looking for. He was gone for 15 minutes and came back and said sorry, I couldn’t find it. Sometimes it shows we have it when it doesn’t. I’m understanding, but that’s why I called. There’s nothing that can be done. I just wanted everyone to be aware of you are looking for items that they pull and offer for sale make them actually look for it before you drive. They were nice and that’s why I’m not giving them a one star."

"Fair prices for certain things, but their wheelbarrels could be better (at least 2 wheels instead of 1 for more stability). They have an import side and domestic side for junk cars, but beware of some personel operating the scrap loaders and large forklifts. There isn’t much info on certain sections of the yard where vehicles get moved or relocated except for areas marked with Keep Out Signs, because a forklift tried to move a scrap car with me halfway inside while I was trying to retrieve a spare tire jack kit. However, 111 Salvage has a disclaimer you have to sign before entry, they’re not responsible for accidents or injuries. Lastly, if you ever try to get used transmissions from here, you should expect to have it rebuilt due to 50/50 split success and failure rates."
