"Muy mal servicio fui hoy junio 6 del 2023 a las 5:28pm y me dijeron que ya estaba cerrado y en su letrero dise que cierran a las 6:00 pm. Mi pregunta es a qué horas cierran entonces para saber los horarios del negocio el que atiende ahí dijo que le iba a avisar a los encargados de los horarios. Yo creo que deben de cambiar el cartel de los horarios"

"1. They don't pick up the phone, any questions you gotta be there in person.
2. $3 entry fees, have a sign a waiver on an ipad as well (per person).
3. You should ask the front desk what car you're looking for and they will print you a little receipt with the row number the car is at. (They don't know what's left on the car)
4. You need to bring your own tools and know how to work on cars, or at least how to pull parts off the car.
5. Most parts are cheap, tho some parts can be more expensive than online, if you include online shipping then the price here is not bad. So check your prices.
6. They have a lot of older cars, lesser new cars, and they might not have the car you're looking for or the part is taken off the car already. $3 for a try & sometimes you'll get lucky."

"Sharing my experience with this business. On August 13 12:00pm approximately.
A young boy charged me $3 to my Wells Fargo card, they he told me that my card was declined and asked me to use a different card, I used a Apple Card and this time went through, I ask him for my receipt he asked why I need it most customers don’t take it, I asked just give it to me.
When I pass to the yard I check my Wells Fargo app and I noticed that this boy charged me on both cards, I return to him and report the problem he denied, I asked him to call his manager and he denied at first, then he ending up calling his manager, the girl manager asked for my receipt (it was my Apple Card receipt), after a long investigation she give my Wells Fargo receipts and she denied the charge on both cards I asked for my Apple Card receipt the one I gave at first, she told that i didn’t give any receipt to her, I explain her that I give her at the beginning, she denies and get upset and ask me to leave or she will call his security guard, I ending up charged on my two cards and kicked out. Heads up"
