"I called ahead of time about a dial for my heater and made sure to let the man on the phone know that it was THREE dials, not the other model that has TWO. I drove 45 minutes to pick it up for him to show me the wrong part, the one with three dials, and then he was extremely rude and unprofessional, maybe he can't count? I can't tell which is which with him. Would not go back and would not recommend, will gladly pay more to avoid the old man on the phone and at the counter again. I was looking at the tires for my truck on the way out too, there's 400 bucks they're not going to get because of bad customer service."

"Wow. Just got off the phone with them after asking about a part for my Volkswagen. Very rude on the phone. He said I could order it. I'm not seeing one in Maine. I said alright I'll try someone else and he said in a very condescending tone that that's what he's trying to explain to me. That there isn't one in Maine. I said alright I'll figure something else and he hung up. Wow!"
