Francisco Fernandez Google Review
"Their customer service can best be described by the words "short and to the point". That is to say, it's a "give money for goods and go away" sort of customer service. So go there with that in mind.
Another negative is that it's hard to gauge prices until after you've removed the part from the car with your own tools and brought it to them for an evaluation.
Keep in mind that any small plastic parts have to be attached to the larger parts or else they'll want to charge you for them separately.
They also follow their rules strictly. Any parts brought to them after closing hours, can't be purchased until the next day.
The good news is that it's a large scrapyard and they do seem to know what they have in it so you can ask the person at the entrance if they have parts for the cars you're looking for and they'll point you in the right direction.
Overall, it's a scrap yard so you should expect to get what you pay for as these cars are basically out baking in the sun for a long time while exposed to the elements. If you know what you're looking for then you might find it, if you don't then stick to stores and online orders as all sales in the scrap yard are final."

"They have their prices posted on the board but it looks like they are out dated because when you go pay is a whole new price and over price people in the cashiers are really rude like no wonder people stop going"

"It's alright I mean it's a junkyard not a dealership. You buy and get what you paid for. Should not expect a whole lot of customer service."
